MENTORING

This has more of a focus on development of the individual. Whilst suitable for new Chairs, many established Chairs have benefited from this offering. This is often longer term than coaching partnerships. More driven by identified developmental needs of the individual, almost always with the aim of improving governance as a whole. Areas include, but are not limited to:

a. Embedding a professional relationship with the Headteacher

b. Delivering an effective annual business plan

c. Getting the most from your team
